According to preliminary statistics from VPSA, in January 2025, Vietnam exported 7,329 tons of cinnamon, with a total export value of 20.1 million USD.

Compared to December 2024, export volume decreased by 23.7%, but increased by 13.6% compared to the same period in 2024. India remained Vietnam s largest cinnamon export market, accounting for 35.8% with 2,622 tons, although this represented a 35.4% decrease compared to December.

Following India were the United States with 875 tons, the UAE with 378 tons, Bangladesh with 355 tons, and Indonesia with 301 tons.
