According to Comexstat, in January 2025, Brazil exported 4,339 tons of pepper, with an export value of $27.1 million USD. Compared to the same period in 2024, the export volume decreased by 28.1%, while the export value increased by 36.9%.
Vietnam was Brazil s largest export market, reaching 1,242 tons, accounting for 28.6% of total exports. This was followed by other markets:
- UAE: 432 tons
- India: 413 tons
- Senegal: 396 tons
- Egypt: 367 tons
